The company's bid to put a store at Belmont Avenue and Rock Hill Road is complicated by local zoning rules prohibiting drive-through business and restricting the number of entrances and exits on the property. The prospective owners are offering to build an additional parking lot for users—the property sits at the trail's north end—in exchange for permission to cross a township easement to access Belmont Avenue.
