Hit the Road Wednesday to Watch the Aces in the State Final Four

Semifinal tickets are on sale at the high school.

(Update 2:15 p.m.: School spokesman Doug Young tells Aces fans in an email that student tickets are nearly sold out. Non-students can buy a combined game ticket/bus ticket for $40.)

's boys' basketball team will play a state semifinal game Wednesday night in central Pennsylvania, and tickets are now available for all fans.

Students get in for $4, other fans for $8. The high school athletic office is selling tickets through noon Wednesday.

On Tuesday, athletic office secretary Kim Shalon said, the office plans to begin selling tickets for five student-only buses. The game is scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday at Bald Eagle High School in Wingate, Centre County—roughly a 3 1/2-hour drive away, according to MapQuest.

The Aces will face Cathedral Prep, the team they defeated for the state title in 1996, with Kobe Bryant leading the way.

For those who can't make the game, Patch will keep readers updated during the action Wednesday night.

If they win Wednesday, the Aces would play for the state title Saturday in State College, which would require another drive of about 3 1/2 hours.
