The Friends of the Cynwyd Heritage Trail have scheduled the first annual five-kilometer race in , with the help of and the Neighborhood Club of Bala Cynwyd.
The Cynwyd 5K (and one-mile walk) will start at 1 p.m. Sunday, May 6—after Philadelphia's Broad Street Run begins at 8:30 a.m. The entry fee is $25 ($30 on race day) for runners and $25 per family for the walk.
